Approximately 60% of the caffeine consumed in America is not natural caffeine from coffee beans or tea plants. It is synthesized in a laboratory. Companies like Red Bull, Coca-Cola, and Pepsi utilize synthetic caffeine in their drinks to give them the extra energy kick. Emerging research indicates that synthetic caffeine may accelerate aging, while naturally occurring caffeine slows age-related decline. 

The world's leading expert in vaccinology, Dr. Stanley Plotkin, in company with his other vaccinologist disciples, has published a study in the New England Journal of Medicine, titled Funding Pastauthorization Vaccine-Safety Science.  After decades insisting that vaccines were the most studied medical products on the planet, they have just admitted the opposite. They stated that "prelicensure clinical trials have limited sample sizes and follow-up durations" and "there are not resources earmarked for postauthorization safety studies." This is an incredible reversal of vaccine dogma of the last 50 years. 

If you have never understood what the difference and the danger mRNA shots represent (as opposed to traditional vaccines), Dr. Christina Parks of the American's Frontline Doctors (AFD) organization gives an outstanding 18-minute presentation that is easy to understand. AFD consists of real doctors who actually treated patients and who were not afraid to explore new ways to effectively help them before they ended up in the hospital. They fought the medical bureaucracy and ivory-tower clinicians who had never treated a real patient. This brave group found solutions that worked and which did not require them to wait hopelessly for a vaccine to be developed while millions died needlessly.

When someone in my family gets the hiccups, I like to sneek an opportunity to scare them because Angie thinks that's the best way to stop the hiccup attack! And, it brings a lot of laughs! It doesn't always work, but it is a good excuse for me to have some fun! There are a lot of suggestions on how to get rid of hiccups that I've heard over the years. So, I was intrigued when I stumbled upon some information that explains what hiccups are and a scientifically approved way to get rid of them.
