Lecture - Shayn Bowler
Growing up on a family farm, Shayn Bowler learned to love and respect animals at a young age. His unique opportunity of being a fifth generation farmer has allowed him to see many changes in the way food and animals are raised. He and his wife, Kristen, own and operate Utah Natural Meat and Milk where they raise healthy, grass-fed meat and produce raw milk in the only cow dairy remaining in Salt Lake County. With a focus on transparency and consumer education, they teach that old world nutrition and values can be obtained in the food we eat today.
