Last week the FDA approved the COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 5-11. No doubt you've heard this happened. In spite of many millions of people who have voiced their objection to these Emergency Authorization Use (EUA) vaccines, it was passed. There is no emergency in this age group or any other age group for that matter! The pandemic is long over, but w orld leaders continue to turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to these facts. Opposition against vaccine mandates and electronic passports continues to grow. More and more published scientific reports document the ineffectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccines. For those who love reading scientific reports, here is a link to 22 studies and reports showing that the COVID-19 vaccines are less efficacious than what was advertised. Each study is listed and linked with a short summary of the main conclusions so you don't have to read the entire study.

If you wonder how doctors could authorize a vaccine with serious side effects to children who are not at risk, this is an excellent link to a Children's Health Defense report on the 17 members of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC) who voted to approve it. These medical authorities are thoroughly beholden to pharmaceutical, military, philanthropic and academic paymasters. The stock options, grants, patents and prestige they received clearly rank well ahead of children’s safety. Who would authorize injecting an untested foreign chemical into the bodies of children who are 99.999% immune to COVID-19? Not to be outdone, t he city of San Francisco jumped on this approval and immediately initiated action to require all kids ages 5 to 11 to be vaccinated and show proof of the COVID-19 shot in order to gain access to indoor businesses and activities including restaurants and gyms. Communist countries are notorious for requiring "papers" to permit travel access to venues. We are in real danger of losing our constitutional liberties.

To gain a better perspective of what is happeing in our country, I recommend getting two excellent books: Plandemic by Mikki Willis and The Real Anthony Fauci by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. The truth is coming out. We must tell it to the whole world. Stopping the rise of these leaders who pander to socialist and communist ideas is critical to save our rights and liberties as individual human beings. Joseph Goebbels, Hitler's Chief Propagandist for the Nazi Party said, "If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it." The socialist inspired COVID-19 pandemic stole nearly two years of our lives. We need a rebirth of people willing to fight for freedom against domestic enemies to our Constitution. Martin Luther King Jr said, "Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter." We have a right to speak out even though they try to censor us. Dinos Christianopoulos said, "They tried to bury us, but they didn't know we were seeds." We have only begun to fight for freedom.

Kitchen cooking oils will not last forever. Depending upon the oil, it can go rancid in a matter of months or a few years. You don't want to cook with rancid oil because it smells like wet socks and the living components have lost their vitality. But the good news is, expired oil won't hurt you. There is no water in it, so no mold can grow to make it rotten and dangerous. It can still be used for creative applications. According to the United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service, “Vegetable oils have many good natural properties including good lubricity, good resistance to shear, a high flash point, and a high viscosity index.” These qualities make them quite versatile in a number of applications. You might consider keeping your old oil rather than throwing it out. Recycling expired oil could prove to be a valuable asset in emergency situations.

Disposable face masks, such as those health officials encouraged (or in some cases, mandated) the public to wear during the COVID-19 pandemic, are made of synthetic fibers and may contain chemical compounds. Many people have questioned the wisdom of wearing masks made of synthetic fibers for long periods, asking whether inhaling the chemical compounds masks release could lead to health problems.

Deaths from Alzheimer's more than doubled between 2000 and 2019. In 2023, nearly 7 million Americans have been diagnosed with the disease. Today, 1 in 3 seniors dies with Alzheimer's or dementia—the death toll exceeds the total of breast- and prostate cancer combined. Officially, it's the sixth-leading cause of death, but a 2014 study suggests that it is actually one of the top three (just behind heart disease and cancer). The discrepancy being how death certificates underreport the disese because they record the more immediate cause of death (pneumonia or heart attack) rather than listing the underlyings causes.

True confessions: I never liked flossing, so I rarely used the string. Angie used all of the flossing strings I collected from the dentist to cut the dough when making cinnamon rolls—I thought that was a better and tastier use! I always brushed my teeth (manually and with a battery operated toothbrush). My teeth felt clean enough, but still, I had a lot of dental guilt every 6 months when I had to admit I wasn't flossing. A few years ago, I found a device that removed all my guilt and shame! I discovered the waterpik. A waterpik (also known as a dental water jet) is a brand of water flosser or oral irrigator that sprays water to remove food from between your teeth. Water flossers are a fabulous option for people who have trouble with traditional flossing—the kind that involves threading string-like material between your teeth. The girl in the picture looks like me trying to floss!
