The J&J Jab

There are currently two mRNA shots being employed around the world. They are from Pfizer (PF) and Moderna (MO). A third shot is utilized that employs a different delivery system. It is made by Janssen Pharmaceutical, a Belgium-based division of Johnson & Johnson (J&J). All 3 shots force the cells to manufacture synthetic versions of the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein via inadequately tested genetic engineering. But the J&J uses altered DNA (not mRNA, which has never been used before) to code for the spike protein. In addition, J&J delivers the SARS-CoV-2 coding instructions via a virus called adenovirus 26 which comes from a family of viruses that commonly cause respiratory infections. The mRNA shots use a lipid nanoparticle (tiny fat bubbles) which bypass all normal channels and regulatory functions of the cell to deliver the mRNA instructions.

The DNA package used by J&J is more stable than mRNA so it does not require the extremely low temperatures for storage of the shots and is, therefore, easier to handle. In addition, only one dose is required for the J&J rather that the two doses (or more) required for the mRNA shots. While the J&J vaccine uses a more stable platform to deliver the spike protein coding instructions, there are still problems with this vaccine. As of July 30th, 2021 the following statistics were reported by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on their Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS). Remember, a Harvard study documented that VAERS captures less than 1% of actual vaccine-induced injuries so these adverse event statistics are undoubtedly much, much higher:

Number of shots administered
PF: 193 million
MO: 139 million
J&J: 13 million
Total: 345 million

Anaphylaxis Injury
PF: 44%
MO: 48%
J&J: 8%
Total: 121,452 cases

Blood Clotting Injury
PF: 43%
MO: 36%
J&J: 21%
Total: 8048

Myocarditis (serious inflammation of the heart)
PF: 63%
MO: 33%
J&J: 4%
Total: 2018

Guillain Barre (GB) (paralysis)
PF: 40%
MO: 35%
J&J: 24%
Total: 400

In April 2021, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced a warning on the J&J shot linking it to GB syndrome. GB is 3 to 5 times more likely to occur following the J&J shot than is evident in the population at large. In GB the immune system attacks the peripheral nervous system outside the brain and spinal cord. Symptoms can lead to paralysis where the person is unable to breathe on their own; this vaccine causes the same type of symptoms associated with polio and the iron lung !

In addition, the FDA temporarily paused the J&J vaccine in April 2021 due to concerns that the shot was causing excessive blood clots in women age 30 to 39. However, the GB and blood clot concerns were relegated to the fine print inserts in the vaccine box because the FDA declared them an acceptable risk.

While the FDA and CDC official narrative considers vaccine adverse events an acceptable risk, studies are coming out that prove COVID shots cause more harm than good . Dr. Bart Classen published a study in the August 2021 issue of Trends in Internal Medicine explaining why. The study, U.S. COVID-19 Vaccines Proven to Cause More Harm than Good Based on Pivotal Clinical Trial Data Analyzed Using the Proper Scientific Endpoint, 'All Cause Severe Morbidity ," reanalyzed the clinical trial data from all three COVID manufacturers.

To make the numbers above crystal clear, here are the actual COVID-19 prevention statistics for each vaccine as a percentage:

PF: 0.00036%
MO: 0.00125%
J&J: 0.00030%

This clearly shows they are completely ineffective at stopping COVID-19.

As reported in ProPublica , May 1, 2021, the CDC stopped tracking and reporting all breakthrough cases of COVID-19 in the vaccinated. They only track those cases that result in hospitalization and death. This decision allowed the CDC to cover up the incidence of COVID-19 among the vaccinated and continue their irrational attacks on the unvaccinated as the culprits. But data from Israel and the United Kingdom (UK) clearly demonstrate what U.S. regulatory agencies are hiding: the vaccinated are up to 13 times more likely to get the Delta Variant . As of August 15, 2021, 68% of COVID patients admitted to hospitals in the UK who were over the age of 50 had received one or two doses of COVID injections. By mid-August, 59% of serious cases in Israel were also among those who had received two COVID injections. This exactly mirrors the UK data. Remember that those over 50 years of age are the most vulnerable to COVID-19. More than 130 brave doctors in the UK addressed an open letter to the UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson outlining 10 ways governmental policies associated with COVID-19 had failed and caused "massive, permanent and unnecessary harm" to the country. These doctors are risking employment and personal attack by speaking out, but their letter is bold testimony of the truth of what is really happening.

The U.S. regulatory agencies and medical establishment continue to hide the truth from the public while they line the pockets of the pharmaceutical companies who are indemnified and cannot be sued for vaccine deaths or injuries. Do not be bullied into getting any of these shots. Wait. Time will tell. If you get the virus, you have a 99% chance of getting well and that's a pretty good statistic! Strengthen your immune system. Eat right, exercise and get good nutrition in your body. If you'd like to know the most critical components for a properly functioning immune system, see my book.

Kitchen cooking oils will not last forever. Depending upon the oil, it can go rancid in a matter of months or a few years. You don't want to cook with rancid oil because it smells like wet socks and the living components have lost their vitality. But the good news is, expired oil won't hurt you. There is no water in it, so no mold can grow to make it rotten and dangerous. It can still be used for creative applications. According to the United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service, “Vegetable oils have many good natural properties including good lubricity, good resistance to shear, a high flash point, and a high viscosity index.” These qualities make them quite versatile in a number of applications. You might consider keeping your old oil rather than throwing it out. Recycling expired oil could prove to be a valuable asset in emergency situations.

Disposable face masks, such as those health officials encouraged (or in some cases, mandated) the public to wear during the COVID-19 pandemic, are made of synthetic fibers and may contain chemical compounds. Many people have questioned the wisdom of wearing masks made of synthetic fibers for long periods, asking whether inhaling the chemical compounds masks release could lead to health problems.

Deaths from Alzheimer's more than doubled between 2000 and 2019. In 2023, nearly 7 million Americans have been diagnosed with the disease. Today, 1 in 3 seniors dies with Alzheimer's or dementia—the death toll exceeds the total of breast- and prostate cancer combined. Officially, it's the sixth-leading cause of death, but a 2014 study suggests that it is actually one of the top three (just behind heart disease and cancer). The discrepancy being how death certificates underreport the disese because they record the more immediate cause of death (pneumonia or heart attack) rather than listing the underlyings causes.

True confessions: I never liked flossing, so I rarely used the string. Angie used all of the flossing strings I collected from the dentist to cut the dough when making cinnamon rolls—I thought that was a better and tastier use! I always brushed my teeth (manually and with a battery operated toothbrush). My teeth felt clean enough, but still, I had a lot of dental guilt every 6 months when I had to admit I wasn't flossing. A few years ago, I found a device that removed all my guilt and shame! I discovered the waterpik. A waterpik (also known as a dental water jet) is a brand of water flosser or oral irrigator that sprays water to remove food from between your teeth. Water flossers are a fabulous option for people who have trouble with traditional flossing—the kind that involves threading string-like material between your teeth. The girl in the picture looks like me trying to floss!
