When I was a freshman (doolie=slave) at the United States Air Force Academy, correct posture was constantly enforced as we marched everywhere. ​However, in our modern world, many of us do a lot more sitting. Whether watching television, using cell phones, laptops, or reading, our posture can get us in trouble and result in back pain. Others of us are up on our feet all day long. Below are some of the harmful conditions that can arise and a few tips on what to do if you suffer from back or foot pain.

We've always known that the sick care system and the pharmaceutical industry need people to be sick—that's how they make money. But we didn't realize that the food industry was a key player in that effort. Real, whole food helps keep us healthy so we don't have to rely on the sick care system. Pfizer contracted with Acuitas Therapeutics in November 2020 to test the Pfizer vaccine on rats. Their pharmacokinetics reports show that the COVID-19 vaccine lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), as well as the messenger RNA (mRNA) they carry, were found within minutes in the brain, eyes, heart, liver, spleen, ovaries, and other organs of the rats. Pharmacokinetics studies are designed to show how much and how fast substances arrive at various destinations throughout the body after intramuscular injection. The entire Pfizer report was submitted to the Food  and Drug Administration (FDA), but was withheld from the public until the FDA was forced to release it by court order. All of these hidden results were known before the vaccine rollout. ​This is proof positive that the governmental regulatory agencies and medical system knew the shot did not stay in the arm—it actually travelled to the brain! The fact they did not share this with the public demonstrates how corrupt the medical system has become in their efforts to fight vaccine hesitancy at all costs. They did not honor the right of individuals to have the whole truth to make the decision they deem best for themselves. They've made a travesty of the Hippocratic Oath to do no harm.

It wasn't that long ago that the term 'mRNA' was relegated to scientific research papers. Normal people didn't talk about science in that kind of detail. However, we were vaguely aware that there was promising research that might allow scientists to teach cells to create a glycoprotein; this in turn would initiate an immune response against a specific pathogen and cure a dreaded disease. But what a turn of events we've seen in the last few years with the advent of the hyped-up Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 mRNA vaccines. I am basing this blog article on a stellar article written by Klaus Steger, Ph.D. My hope is to overview (although I rely heavily on his article) some of the disquieting facts he points out that undermine this once hopeful technology.
