I came across an article that scientifically documented over 20 harmful effects of caffeine. I've always advocated drinking water as the beverage of choice. Our bodies are 65 percent water. Pure, clean water is the best liquid for our bodies to run on. Adding sugar, caffeine, and other drug-like compounds to what we drink stresses our kidneys, liver, heart, and endocrine system. Even drinking decaffeinated coffee where 97% of the caffeine has been removed is not the perfect solution.
Here are five studies that actually compare vaccinated children with unvaccinated children. Studies like this are rarely done and are not discussed in the media because they cast a negative shadow on vaccines. They are published in peer-reviewed journals but the mainstream media tend to ignore them because the pharmaceutical industry (their biggest advertiser) is not keen on promoting public discussion. Vaccines always come with side effects. Those side effects should be weighed in the balance to determine the overall benefit before administering them. Researchers are working to develop a vaccine for Covid-19 but it is important to remember that neither a drug nor a vaccine can cure disease. Developing a strong immune system is the only real safeguard.
Doctors estimate that one in ten people will have a kidney stone during their lifetime. It is one of the most painful experiences. The parathyroid gland controls levels of calcium in the blood. The Norman Parathyroid Center is the world's leading experts on calcium and kidney stones. The Center states, "Hyperparathyroidism (high calcium levels) is the number one cause of kidney stones and thus every person with a kidney stone must be tested for a problem with their parathyroid glands. Nearly half of all people with kidney stones have a benign parathyroid tumor in their neck that must be removed or the kidney stones will return."
A recent study on sialic acid (a sugar) shines a bright light on an established risk factor for cancer. Scientists and doctors have known long-term consumption of red meat (beef, pork and lamb) is highly correlated to cancer. Researchers have looked for specific mechanisms that would cause human carcinomas. Grilling red meat was thought to create DNA damage due to mutagens which are chemicals that mutate DNA. But the theory doesn’t pan out. Grilling poultry and fish generates the same mutagens but fish and poultry are not associated with an increased risk of cancer. Red meat affects humans but does not
